German Emirati Joint Council For Industry & Commerce (AHK)

The German Emirati Joint Council for Industry & Commerce (AHK) is a member of the global German Chambers Network and a German semi-governmental organization. AHK encourages and supports economic ties between Germany and the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain, and it aids German businesses in particular as they expand their operations there.
With German and local members, AHK has also evolved into a bidirectional membership organization since May 2009. AHK has over 500 members and has recruited well-known individuals to serve on its Board of Directors and Board of Trustees in a relatively short period of time.
Companies looking to enter the market can get business assistance services through the broader AHK service range (according to DE International guidelines).

Swiss Business Council (SBC)

The Swiss Business Council (SBC) was founded in 1996 and is a non-profit organization with a license from the UAE Chambers of Commerce & Industry.
Since its inception, it has been effective in promoting the objectives and initiatives of organizations and people having ties to Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.
The SBC is open to organizations and people having commercial interests in the United Arab Emirates and/or Switzerland and has an active and passionate membership base. Individual and corporate membership types are available. Companies and individuals must be able to show a clear business or cultural focus on and interaction with Switzerland in order to be eligible for membership. This can be done either as a Swiss National, Swiss registered organization, or a local representative, agent or distributor of Swiss goods and services.
