Stay compliant with the new UAE corporate tax law – fast registration with expert guidance.
Corporate Tax is now a reality in the UAE – we help you register quickly so you can operate with confidence. The UAE’s new Corporate Tax (CT) regime requires all businesses operating in the UAE to register for corporate tax with the authorities. This applies to companies on the mainland and in free zones (even those that may enjoy a 0% tax rate) – in fact, the Federal Tax Authority has made it clear that every business must complete registration by 2024. Corporate tax registration is the process of obtaining your Corporate Tax Registration Number (sometimes called a Tax Registration Number, TRN, for corporate tax purposes), which officially logs your company in the tax system. It’s a mandatory step to ensure you’re compliant with UAE law and able to file your annual corporate tax returns when the time comes. Reflechir Consultancy FZE offers a quick-turnaround registration service: we assess your company’s details, prepare the application on the Ministry of Finance/FTA portal, and get your business registered swiftly. With our help, you won’t have to worry about missing registration deadlines or navigating new tax forms on your own.
We understand that the government has set tight timelines for corporate tax compliance. Our team works rapidly to submit your registration, ensuring you meet the requirements well before any deadline. No last-minute rush – we get it done.
Corporate tax in the UAE is new, and rules are evolving. Our consultants stay on top of the latest laws and FTA guidelines. When we handle your registration, you can trust that we’ll use the most current information and get it right the first time.
Just provide some basic company info and documents, and we’ll handle the entire online registration on your behalf. We fill out the forms on the FTA’s portal (EmaraTax) so you don’t have to figure out a new system or terminology. It’s a turnkey service – minimal effort on your part.
We specialize in assisting small and medium businesses. If you’re a startup or a small company worried about corporate tax, we speak your language. We’ll explain what this new tax means for you in clear terms and ensure your registration is smooth and stress-free.
Not sure if corporate tax applies to you or when you need to register? We offer a free initial consultation to clarify your obligations. Even after registration, we’re here to advise you on next steps (like preparing for tax filings or understanding if you qualify for any 0% rate or small business relief). Our support doesn’t end at registration.
We start with a free consultation to collect essential details about your business (legal form, license, shareholders, etc.). We’ll confirm that your company is subject to UAE corporate tax (almost all are, except a few exemptions) and explain any special cases. You’ll understand exactly why registration is needed and what information we’ll use.
Next, our team will request a few key documents and info required for registration. Typically, this includes your trade license copy, Emirates ID/passport of the owner or manager, and details like your business address and contact info. If you have multiple branches, we’ll advise on how to handle those. We also determine if your business is part of a tax group or qualifies for any exemption – this ensures we fill the form correctly.
Reflechir prepares your corporate tax registration application on the FTA’s online portal. We fill in all necessary fields (license details, business activities, financial year dates, etc.) with precision. Before submission, we double-check everything with you. Then, our experts officially submit the registration through the portal. You won’t need to navigate any confusing websites – we take care of it and keep you updated.
After submission, we liaise with the authorities as needed and monitor the status. The FTA will review the application, and once approved, your business is issued a Corporate Tax Registration Number (TRN). We immediately inform you and provide the registration certificate/confirmation. Congratulations – your company is now registered for corporate tax! We’ll also guide you on any next steps, such as how to display your Tax Registration Number, maintain records for tax, and when your first corporate tax return will be due. If you have any questions post-registration, our team remains available to assist.
By following these steps, we make sure you’re fully compliant with the new law with minimal effort on your part. Contact us today to get your corporate tax registration done seamlessly.
The UAE has introduced a two-tier corporate tax rate to support small businesses. Profits up to AED 375,000 are taxed at 0%, and any profit above AED 375,000 is taxed at 9%. This means if your net profit for the year is, say, AED 500,000, the first 375k is tax-free and the remaining 125k is taxed at 9%. Effectively, smaller companies with profit under 375k won’t pay corporate tax (they’ll be at 0%), but they still need to register and file returns. Free zone companies that qualify for tax incentives will also generally pay 0% on qualifying income, but again, they must register and comply with filing. Reflechir will help determine which rate applies to you and ensure you’re aware of any reliefs (for example, there’s a Small Business Relief provision for companies with revenues under AED 3 million that can also result in 0% tax for a period). The key is – register now, even if you expect to be at 0%, to keep the option of these benefits and remain compliant.
The registration process is relatively straightforward in terms of info needed. You will typically need to provide:
